What powder to have red hair?

This blend of natural and vegan Cherry Red (or Rosso Ciliega in Italian) coloring powder naturally colors your hair red without giving aggressive red highlights. Of 100% natural origin, it colors and covers white hair, restores shine while protecting the hair in a natural way.

In order to control the intensity of the final color and to get the color you want, it is important to keep an eye on the evolution of the color during the application. If you have naturally dark hair, then the application time should be longer. We recommend a longer application time to achieve a more intense color.

Unlike chemical dyes, henna does not change the nature of the hair as it does not penetrate the hair fiber. By covering the outer layer of the hair, it reveals a sheathing and strengthening effect, the hair appears thicker.

How to apply a vegetable coloring powder ?

    In order to form a consistent but creamy paste, without lumps, mix in a glass or terracotta bowl with a wooden spoon, the desired amount of vegetable powder and very hot water.
    Add moisturizing agents (honey, aloe vera gel, agave syrup ...), the henna tends to dry the hair, the moisturizing agents will prevent this drying.
    Apply the mixture on clean and wet hair to facilitate the application. We recommend that you use gloves and protect your clothes during application to avoid staining them.
    After applying the mixture to your hair evenly, strand by strand, wrap your hair with cellophane and a cap or hairnet.
    Leave the botanical mixture on for 40-90 minutes depending on the intensity you want to achieve. Reduce or extend the application time depending on the result you want.
    Finally, rinse your hair thoroughly until it is clear, without shampoo. You can apply your conditioner if your hair seems dry.
