Shipping Time

The packages are prepared within 72 hours* after reception and collection of the payment.

* For bank check, money order or bank transfer payments, an extra shipping time is required which correspond to the reception and treatment of the payment.

An extra delivery time is possible for all orders containing out of stock products.

Types of shipment and delivery delay

Cosmeto nature delivers worldwide.

Metropolitan France

The types of shipment are the So Colissimo, delivery at pickup or at home, with or without signatures – 48 hours delivery time.

We will provide you, as soon as possible, a tracking link.

The small packages (under 3 cm) are shipped by Lettre verte (Mail), with tracking number. – Up to 14 days

Rest of the world

The mode of shipment for the rest of the world is Colissimo International with tracking and insurance.

The shipping costs are fix but may vary depending on the country of destination.

Shipping fees

The shipping costs are starting at 4.99€ for metropolitan France and may vary depending on the weight of the package, the type of shipping and the country of destination.

The shipping cost includes the packing, the handling and the shipping charges.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot bring different orders in one and you will have to pay the shipping fees for each order.

Customs

For all packages shipped out of the European Community area, the customs documents notify the total amount of your order and the name of the products ordered.

Customs duties are due as soon as the package reaches its destination country. These customs duties are the responsibility of the final recipient of the package.

A particular care is brought to the packages with fragile products. The packages are systematically protected and oversized.

Whatever the type of shipment is, our merchandise is always transported at recipient's risk.     

CAUTION : The shipping costs for returned products remain the responsibility of the customer and are payable in advance.

The customer is obliged to follow his parcel on the website Colissimo.fr with the tracking number that Cosmeto Nature will transmit. The customer can find the tracking link by logging on customer account on Cosmeto Nature website, tab "history and details of my orders" then choose the order concerned and click on "details".
